1. Shipping and Delivery Times
We process and ship orders every Monday or Tuesday. Once your order is shipped, delivery times will vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by factors beyond our control, such as weather, carrier delays, or customs processing.

2. Responsibility for Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
Once your package has been shipped and is in the hands of the carrier, we are no longer responsible for any issues that may arise, including lost, stolen, or damaged items. This means that:
   - Lost Packages: If your package is lost in transit, we are not liable for the loss and cannot offer a refund or replacement. But please feel free to contact us to see if we can find a possible solution and we are always more then happy to help!
   - Stolen Packages: If your package is marked as delivered but is stolen from your property, we are not responsible and will not provide a refund or replacement.
   - Damaged Packages: If your package arrives damaged due to carrier neglect, we are unable to offer a refund or replacement.

3. Carrier Issues  
We work with reliable shipping carriers, but once the package is with the carrier, any issues related to the shipment must be addressed directly with the carrier. We encourage you to contact the carrier directly for any concerns related to your package.

 

By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept that we are not responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged packages and that no refunds will be issued in these cases.
