"How long does it take for my order to ship out?"
That really depends on which day you order, and where you are from! Tracked orders will usually ship out every Monday at 12:00PM - 5:00 PM EST, or on Tuesdays if the Monday of that week aligns with a holiday. Un-tracked orders will usually ship out 2-5 business days from your initial order day. We do not ship on weekends. Please check out Shipping Page for more info!
"I'm in a hurry and I need my order shipped asap! Can you help?"
Under certain circumstances, yes! We might be able to help you out. Please contact us if you need your order sent out as soon as possible and we will assess if we are able to do so.
"I'm from the UK but I am unable to purchase from your store, what gives?"
Starting January 1st 2021, due to the new VAT system implemented, we will no longer be able to sell to residents of the UK.
If you would like to make a purchase and you are currently located in the UK, please do so through out ETSY shop.
Limited items are available for sale on our ETSY shop. If there is a product or item that you would like to purchase that is not present on our ETSY shop, please contact us through our e-mail and we will be able to set up a custom order for you.
"I think my order got lost in shipment, what do I do?"
This one gets a little difficult. Sadly we are not responsible for lost packages. Once we ship out the products, it's no longer in our hands. If you are worried about your package getting lost in mail, we do offer a tracked option for our shipments, which is the best and safest option. Please check out Shipping Page for more info.
In the rare case that a parcel has failed to deliver and managed to return to us, I will contact you in order to confirm the address and have the package re-sent out!
"What are your exchange and refund policies?"
We sadly do not accept exchanges or refunds. Please make sure to double check your order before you place it. If you have any questions about your item please feel free to contact us before you place your order!
In the case that you have received the incorrect item or your item arrived defective, please do contact us !
"What do you mean by pin grading?"
Once we receive our pins from our manufacturer, we make sure to go through each and every pin to make sure there are no defects and rate the pin based on any defects if there are any.
We discount any pins that are lower then an "A" grade.
